Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection Policy
Management of this Site https://labpharma.org, (hereinafter «Site») is carried out by the "LAB & PHARMA ENGINEERING" LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, the identification code of the legal person 33406698, which is registered and operates in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter «Company»).
The Company respects confidential (personal) information of all persons, without exception, who have visited the Site. In connection with that, the Company strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a combination of information about a person who is identified or can be specifically identified), thus creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions of use of the Site services to each user.

The notice of the delay shall be communicated to the third party who submitted the request in writing explaining the procedure for appealing such a decision.
The decision to postpone or refuse access to personal data may be appealed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
Rights of the subject of personal data
The Company informs you about your rights as a subject of personal data regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On protection of personal data", namely:
Know where your personal data is collected, where it is stored, why it is processed, where the owner or the manager of your personal data resides (stays) or instruct an authorized person to obtain it, except in cases provided by law;

receive, not later than within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except for cases provided by law, a reply on whether his personal data is processed and also to receive the contents of such personal data;
present a motivated demand to the owner of personal data against processing of personal data;
present a motivated demand to change or destroy their personal data by any owner or manager of personal data if the data is processed illegally or is not reliable;
protect their personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to the deliberate hiding, non-submission or untimely submission of personal data, and to protect against the provision of information that is unreliable or disreputable to the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
file complaints about processing of personal data to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Right or to the court;
apply legal protection in case of violation of the legislation on protection of personal data;
make reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process personal data when giving consent;
withdraw consent to processing of personal data;
know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
protect against an automated solution, which has legal consequences for it.
